Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of "Kikimasu" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the operator regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Registration)

The App performs automatic registration using device identifiers. By installing and using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users may not engage in the following actions when using the App:

Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
Actions related to criminal activities
Actions that destroy or interfere with the operator's server or network functions
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification of App content
Impersonating other users
Actions that may interfere with App operations
Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access
Sending viruses or other harmful programs through the App
Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 4 (Service Suspension)

The operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if:

Maintenance or updates of the computer system are required
Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, or natural disasters
Computer or communication line accidents occur
The operator determines service provision is difficult

Article 5 (Copyright)

All content in the App (text, audio, images, design, etc.) is owned by the operator or legitimate third-party rights holders. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or sell this content beyond personal use.

Article 6 (Premium Service)

About Subscription:

Price: ¥500/month (tax included)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID/Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store/Google Play account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The operator does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the App is free from defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.).

The operator is not liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the App. However, this disclaimer does not apply if the contract between the operator and user constitutes a consumer contract under Consumer Contract Law.

Article 8 (Service Changes)

The operator may change or discontinue the App content without notice to users and is not liable for any damages caused to users.

Article 9 (Terms Changes)

The operator may change these Terms at any time without notice if deemed necessary. Changed Terms become effective upon posting in the App, and users who continue to use the App are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 10 (Personal Information)

Personal information obtained through App use will be handled appropriately in accordance with our separately defined "Privacy Policy".

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
